Domestic Delivery Times
Once it’s shipped, (USPS) transit usually takes 3-5 business days. Remember, shipping in the US is free for Standard Shipping.

International Delivery Times
Shipping time to Canada is 7-20 business day at a cost of $15.
If your package is not received within this time frame, do not worry, your item(s) are on their way to you! We process and being the fulfillment process on all orders within 24 hours guaranteed.
You will receive a tracking number to track your order with on our Track Order page. So you can know where your package is at all times. 
It usually takes 1-2 business days to process an order.

If you’d like to cancel your order, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours at vividearpods@gmail.com. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee that we can cancel an order due to immediate processing by our shipping team. If the order has not been shipped out yet, and we’re able to cancel it, we will provide a full refund to the original form of payment used to place the order

Wrong address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at PushoneBox@gmail.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so. If it's too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you've received it.  If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund.

Shipping to some countries may take longer than others. At this time we only ship to US and Canada address :)
